Supervised up to 30 inventory controllers and oversee the hiring, orienting, and training.
Full controlling of Tracking stocks receiving & Issuing, and in transit between Warehouse and Stores
Trained staff in stocktaking and cycle counting.
Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles with actual counts reports.
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Good understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes and methods
Reporting the monthly shrinkage reports with define reasons and solutions for elimination.
Identify Fast-slow moving items, dead stock with report to relevant department.
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goal are met.
