Brief of responsibilities:
- Support in formulating the HR strategy and plan by providing inputs on the recruitment strategy and manpower plan.
- Provide inputs for the development of the recruitment and selection policies.
- Identify appropriate channels and sources of recruitment for specific job categories.
- Prepare the recruitment calendar in line with the finalized manpower and succession planning strategy.
- Prepare the job advertisements for newspapers, recruitment websites, and careers section of the Company’s website and job fairs.
- Facilitate settlement of recruitment expenses, payments made to recruitment agencies, advertisements, interview expenses etc.
- Prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects to team members; track and review work progress.
- Edits/revises various written documents produced by staff (e.g., job descriptions, advertisements, Law Enforcement
- Gathers, summarizes and analyzes a variety of information and uses this information to make recommendations to achieve a significant impact on employees improvement.
- Ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Serve on various committees within and outside the HR department.
- Develop recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with department policies and state labor laws.
