As the commercial manager,

Marketing and publicity for our principals’ activities within the Egyptian market is one of the main critical tasks being assigned to myself in order to ensure their existence in the vendor list of major projects which may include their activities.
Also, to increase their chances in the market share by maintaining the registering process and its related qualifications required for such purpose, and through the database built in the last 10 years of similar cases.

Being involved in the tendering and/or executions of latest major projects in Egypt that gave me the ability to give valuable advises related to tender rules and to follow the day to day activities in the tendering phase to maximize our chances to win the tenders.
