Audits all aspects of Site operation, facilities, processes, products and documents for compliance, and Site requirements, documents the results, resolves any nonconformance and coordinates necessary corrective actions. Coordinates validation of all aspects of Site operation, facilities and processes for compliance to GMP, SOP, and Site requirements. Prepares reports and recommendations to management based on review and analysis of data in numerous QA data bases. Prepares responses and Certificates of Analysis . Makes disposition of finished product by performing the following duties.
* Generate, track, and coordinate validation (prospective, retrospective and concurrent) of equipment, facilities, processes and methods.
* Generate, track, approve/reject I, and file Disposition Reports for any deviations found during audits. Implement and track corrective actions.
* Coordinate various QA programs (such as pest control ).
* Conduct periodic internal audits of the facility, document the results, and coordinate the corrective actions.
* Work through the Change Control System, prepare general and/or specific modifications to batch and lot records. Coordinate circulation and review.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures that FM develops operational strategies, policies and procedures in line with the operational requirements to ensure well managed and well maintained communities
• Manages the community services and company assets and ensure that environmental health and safety, and quality programs are in conjunction with department's objectives.
• Oversee vendor performances to assure full compliance with standards established within the service agreement.
• Liaise with other department to resolve any FM operational issues and other department issues as well which relates to FM.
• Ensures that Facilities Management provide their full support during events to achieve the high end events as desired. And to ensure that the area restored to original condition.
• Monitors event organizer during pre and post event set up.
• Ensures that technical as well as logistics assistance are provided on any Events.
• Ensures that detailed report is provided after each event which summarizes FM engagement.
• Supervises team members, to ensure if they adhere to the company’s policy and standards in achieving its goals.
• Supervises the FM Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Anticipates issues, prioritizes and plans the team for a proper action plan and ensure that they are completed within set deadlines
• Delegates work with clear work instructions and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Organizes departmental meetings to regularly update colleagues and resolve issues as a preventive measure to possible problems and conflicts.
• Coordinates with the HR for the department’s issues.
