•Review design drawings, Shop drawings and As-Built Drawings, as well as coordinated drawings for various works.
•Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
•Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
•Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
•Hire contractors and other staff and allocate
