Job Purpose
Manage and Handle all Taxation issues to provide information and reports to management to recommend a corrective action and help in decision making by top management.
Dimensions
• Controlling tax burden ( Amounting EGP 30 M ) per year cost budget
• Managing process of payment of fixed assets, and Construction under progress.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure timely payment of tax authority.
• Ensure that all transactions and processes of payment are applicable to standards and regulations.
• Ensure that the team understands and complies with all audit requirements.
• Maintain ongoing tax plan and ensure that plan is processed accurately and timely.
• Manage fiscal year end closing.
• Obtain defensible conclusions regarding the tax situation of the company year after year.
• Provide information and recommendations to management.
• Trains and provides guidance to staff members.
• Prepares or reviews financial statements, notes, schedules, management letters, and tax returns.
• Resolves accounting and consulting problems.
• Reviews working papers for accuracy and completeness, and reviews financial statements for suitability of presentation and adequacy of disclosures.
Main Tasks
• Reaching a good level of customer satisfaction “Internal & External “by responding all requirements needed timely.
• By setting tax plan, for now, we are controlling all tax risk, total penalties or differences should not exceed 100 K EGP / annum.
• Ongoing following up result in the adequate internal control is in place.
• Responsible for all activities in the fixed assets and Construction under progress .
• Help Tax and Treasury Manager in all tasks entrusted to him
