 Being responsible for the accreditation programme “TSM(Egypt)” which will certify water and waste water facilities against the Egyptian laws, codes, standards and best practice guidelines in the areas of Operation, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety with the aid of GIZ and DWA.
 Performing as a certified inspector in TSM(Egypt) inspection activates, being qualified through the German Water & Wastewater Association (DWA) and HCWW.
 Being responsible for organizing all TSM(Egypt) inspections,
from receipt of the inspection application, through the performance of the inspection process to the submission of the final report to the chairman, HCWW.
 Being involved in the preparation of TSM(Egypt)requirements and to update them on a regular basis.
