Manager of Waste Water Treatment Plant, 10, 000 m3/d - Activated Sludge

 Being responsible for the accreditation programme “TSM(Egypt)” which will certify water and waste water facilities against the Egyptian laws, codes, standards and best practice guidelines in the areas of Operation, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety with the aid of GIZ and DWA.
 Performing as a certified inspector in TSM(Egypt) inspection activates, being qualified through the German Water & Wastewater Association (DWA) and HCWW.
 Being responsible for organizing all TSM(Egypt) inspections,
from receipt of the inspection application, through the performance of the inspection process to the submission of the final report to the chairman, HCWW.
 Being involved in the preparation of TSM(Egypt)requirements and to update them on a regular basis.
 Scheduling all verification inspections of the certified facilities to ensure their sustainability and to participate as an inspector in some such inspections
 Lead the TSM(Egypt)Inspection Department in preparation for certification to the ISO 17020:2012 Quality Standard.

 Supervising a team consisting of two engineers and one administrator.
 Developing the department work plan.
 Conducting regular meeting with the Chairman and Sector Head to review reports and new requirements.
 Visiting Water & Wastewater facilities all over Egypt on a regular basis and reporting on these visits.

Acting as "APMO" manager in Project Management Program which combines all agencies working under Ministry of Housing umbrella.
•Carry out and issue technical reports and proposals about water and wastewater sector and environmental engineering.
• Participation in understanding arrangement between HCWW and other agencies sharing in water and wastewater sector responsibility.
• Reviewing and analysis the subsidiary companies technical reports.
• Following up the donors projects such as (USAID, GTZ, EU).
•Attending "High Policy Committee" meetings and preparing its agenda and recommendations.
•Preparing the chairman's technical presentation in "Holding Company General Assembly" meetings.
•Attending "Scientific Committee" meetings and preparing its agenda and recommendations.
•Representing HCWW in scientific workshops and conferences.

Job Responsibilities:

Build database for Egypt water network using GIS application “Arc 9.1”.

Tasks involved in:

“ArcMap” Customization.

Data collection and data entry.

Hydaulic analysis using “Water Cad”.

Data presentation.

Design sewage, water and irregation networks for “Al-Khamail” city (Cairo-Alex Road).

Developed design drwaings.

Developed “Bill Of Quantity” for the project.

Responsible for finishing works “Mosaic” in “City Stars - 4th Floor”
