-Controlling and Monitoring workshop capacity over the entire daily working hours in order to achieve maximum productivity.
-Ensuring first time repair by short and long term planning to improve workshop quality levels and applying related program such as "FIR Program'
-Ensure health and safety precautions and environmental standards and programs such as 5S.
-Maintain workshop equipment state of all time already to use by ensuring performing regular maintenance and consequently avoid any sudden breakdown .
