Owner of the famous Brand FUCHSIA in Saudi Arabia, has made headlines in the Kingdom’s Food and Bakery sector by earning prestigious certifications of ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 22000: 2005, HACCP and SQF. These certifications bear testimony to the quality of bakery and confectionery products produced by Al-Hasa Bakery/ FUCHSIA, a household name in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.

• Al-Hasa Cold Storage Company
was established in 1979 as the First of its kind in Al Hasa. The company boasts 2000 metric tons of Cold Storage space and a fleet of refrigerated vehicles. Today importers of perishable commodities face rigorous challenges.

• AL - Mujama shopping mall Company
Was established in 1981 with a wide range of commercial stores, restaurants, recreational halls, and a supermarket.

1.Participate in the development of commercial deal structuring and deal negotiation.
2.Identify, measure, and manage financial risks for the Company.
3.Audit other accounting functions, allocation of expenditures including but not limited to G&A expenses, accounting entries, operational expenses, capital expenditures, establishment expenses & investment related expenses.

7.Participate in the preparation and presentation of the quarterly board reports and presentations.
8.Provide weekly reports to management on the status of receivables, payables, collection, cash flow and other KPIs related to the financial position of the company.
9.Audit financial statements consolidation among the different company offices and subsidiaries on monthly basis
10.Participate in the creation of the annual corporate budget and report on its usage on monthly and quarterly basis.
11.Undertake any additional activity as may be instructed by the Chief Executive, including but not limited to negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, monitoring work of consultants, and closing deals as necessary
12.Budgetary allocations, and fixed asset purchases, tagging, movement, and sales.
13.Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports to present to management and recommend improvements to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization
14.Recommend and report on cost control measures once implemented.
15.Ensure appropriate internal accounting audit and control measures are installed within the Company and all its subsidiaries.
16.Conduct regular liquidity, activity, profitability and safety analyses of Financial Statements

and any variations from budgets.
 Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to
submissions for funding, for grant aid, for contracts and any other initiatives.
 Act as cheque signatory for and authorize expenditure up to limits as agreed by the governing body.
 Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that each service location is
adequately managed, staffed and resourced.
 Overview of Policies and Procedures, Employment, Volunteer and Internship Agreements.
 Identify and implement plans for own training and development
