 Reduce overall cost of goods/services procured/acquired
 Source all requirements from approved suppliers in line with agreements and contracts negotiated centrally by the Administration Manager
 Minimize the cost and time of purchasing fulfillment process
 Work in partnership with suppliers and provide regular feedback on performance
 Minimize the number of suppliers used.
 Manage and maintain the general policies of the planned, unplanned and fixed assets procurement;
 Manage and maintain the Vendor Master File
 Select vendors to procure
 Procure goods and services.
 Manage receipts of goods ordered.
 Managing and maintaining procurement records.
 Ensure accurate and efficient control of processing vendors and Subcontractors invoices
 Ensure invoices are processed to agreed terms
