• Update the system with daily transactions.
• Send receiving confirmation & shipping Confirmation.
• Send Stock Report to Client.
• Daily Spot checks for stock on racks.
• Maintain high level of inventory Accuracy not less 99.7%.
• Monitor Inventory Levels and product Movement.
• Responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
• Handle inventory management operations (Containers Receiving - WH management).
• Make Delivery plan for the Daily Orders & Reverse Logistics Cases (refunds).
• Daily Revision for the inter-store inventory transfers, uncover reservations & system errors.
• Run daily Cycle Count to the main warehouse (4 Locations - 400 m2 each).
• Make Schedule Inventories (mid-year / Annual) for the Stores & the Main warehouse.
First six Months work in three class A stores (Citystars-Korba-Mohyeldin Abuelezz)(every store two days a week).
• Observe all (transfer in) on the system.
• Receiving & inspecting all transfers in (checking items physical status -appearance- serials, etc.…)
• Prepare all transfers out asked by Merchandising Department (Physically & Systematically)
• Responsible of General Visual Merchandising & accurate pricing signs.
• Support sales team in rush hours.
Next Six Months Work In Korba Branch with the Same tasks & able to achieve A total Adjust Balance in Class A Store at First time In Computershop Company.
• Work on to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly personal sales targets.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Handle all basic technical support(testing products, simple maintenance issues)
• Support in administrative tasks (shift lead, stationary refilling, handle customer complains).
• Handle all stock control issues (receiving transfers in - prepare transfers out).
