• Manage sales teams and management to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest levels
of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the tendering technical process, and technical office activities of the electrical systems• Studying and understanding of tender requirements.
• Checking completeness of the tender documents, technical & commercial offer.
• Study the project documents, specs, and drawings.
• Executing engineering tasks using techniques, procedures and standard engineering standards.
• Prepare and revise BOQs (Arabic / English according to the project requirements).
• Revise BOQs to make sure no item is missing.
• Revise and edit the subcontractors’ contracts.
• Follow-up on the construction project BOQ to ensure all project items are being processed.
• Develops and implement sales and business development strategies for complex, solutions-based sales.
• Assists other departments with project implementation, service activities, collection issues and cash
management.
Electrical, Instrument & Automation,
• Installation, startup and commission the electrical equipment in the plant
• Manage power, instrument and automation departments & manage them for least manpower and cost.
• Solving and finding Root Cause issues for any equipment's failure in the plant

• Set and achieve KPIs for all employments.
• Drive & lead team to achieve over target KPIs of electrical department.

• Ensure co-ordination & co-operation with the other departments.
• Solving and finding Root Cause issues for any equipment's failure in the plant and look for best improvement solution.
• Manage electrical power maintenance staff to keep all electrical equipment in proper condition in 7 production lines.
• Manage shift staff from electrical, mechanical and instrument technician and engineers.
• Set, achieve & lead Highest KPIs indicators in the plant of electrical department.
• Prepare, submit and control annual and tri-annual maintenance budget.
• Contribute the highest clinker production in Yamama since its foundation.
• Solving and finding Root Cause issues for any equipment's failure in the plant.
• Drive & lead team to Improve compressed air quality in all the plant.

• Supervising electrical jobs based on shop drawings andspecifications
• Oversee and monitoring the progress of electrical works activities in the plant.
• Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved designdrawings.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance & Inspection sheets for all electrical equipment in the plant.
• Review and readjust s the spare parts description of warehouse for 2 plants inASulaymania.
• Solving and finding Root Cause issues for any equipment's failure in theplant
• Manage team to maintain cement mill area ( 9 cement mills)
• Revamping & start up slurry old line
• Implementing modifications in several of control panels to keep equipment in proper conditions.
• Working as shift engineer for repairing trouble shooting of electrical equipment in the plant.
