● Weekly cash flow forecast reporting to Group using STCF (Short Term Cash Flow) model.
● Follow up with various departments to accurately forecast cash outflows and inflows -using aging
analysis reports (cash flow management).
● Manage the annual budgeting process in two companies of al faraa group which includes the
preparation of detailed income and expense budgets to the unit level, balance sheet and cash flow
statements and key metrics.
● Provide feedback to top management on financial performance, high risk control profitability etc.
● Management of all bank accounts in region in two companies of the group.
● Supporting the commercial team in bids, pricing and tenders for new business.
● Supervise the general ledger & day-to-day operation ensure all financial reporting deadlines are
met and information is presented in accordance with accounting principles.
● Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile complex reports, and provide reports to management
regarding significant expenditure fluctuation.
● Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules, while facilitating and completing the
annually, monthly closing procedures & accounts reconciliations and accruals.
● Monitoring inventory transactions and reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger and
other reports.
● Analyzed quarterly annual financial statements using variance analysis and reviewed monthly.
● Reconcile AP, AR and age-wise analysis to ensure a smooth functions by managing team workload.
● Responsible for correcting discrepancies and explaining monthly differences in account analysis and
reconciliation.
● Resolving client’s queries regarding overdue payments (high negotiation skills).
● Knowledge and practice UAE VAT Law/Executive Regulations& compliance with tax laws as
applicable & Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support to the Group.
Bank Reconciliation
● Responsible for reconciling multiple bank accounts and keeping an updated record of the Trade
Debtors ledger also Reconcile and rectify customer ledger accounts.
● Reconcile transactions of complex nature (fund transfer, TT transfer & LC charges).
● Reconcile accounts receivable records with sales invoices also verify bank deposits and payments.
● Proper scrutiny of Intercompany ledgers &reconciliation of Relates parties every month.
● Updating to management for the issues arising in the internal companies transactions.

Company, Damietta

● Efficiently handling all accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Treasury, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Month End Accruals and Provisions.
● Assist in year-end closing and the preparation of Financial Statements.
● Assist in Preparing Profit & Loss Statement for sales & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
● Handle payments, monitor other expenditures and report major variances to the managers.
● Maintain the accounting manual up to date and ensure the compliance to all policies &procedures.
● Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner& Negotiate with tax authorities over tax
payment issues & Devise tax strategies to defer or eliminate tax payments.
