Conducted qualification and performance analysis of space-grade solar cells under simulated orbital radiation
environments. Performed radiation analysis at 1 MeV with mission-representative fluences to evaluate degradation
mechanisms induced by energetic particles. Carried out electrical characterization before and after irradiation using a
simulator, and calculated the Remaining Degradation Coefficient (RDC) to assess compliance with space mission
reliability and performance requirements.
Actively involved in scientific research and academic expertise, serving as an international peer reviewer for
journals in materials science and semiconductor physics. Author of peer-reviewed publications in journals such as the
Indian Journal of and the Journal of Electronic Materials, including research involving molecular dynamics
simulations of tellurite-based materials.
Contributed to academic training and mentorship, supervising junior researchers and delivering tutorial sessions in
Mechanics I (undergraduate level), as well as lectures in Object-Oriented Programming (C++) and Electrical
Measurement at USTO-MB.
