SHORT BRIEF ABOUT THE PROJECT: It’s a marine project include bunds removal,
flooding of lagoons and beach construction also infrastructure.
MY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Establish Enterprise risk frame work, risk management plan and risk register
- Identify project risks, make risk assessment for risk prioritization and develop
risk response plan then controls risks process
- Provide support to Senior Management in the Risk Management Process.
- Coordination with project management teams, Consultants and Contractors on
all aspects of risk management.
- Run and facilitate risk management workshops
- Maintenance and analysis of the risk register
- Facilitate development, implementation and tracking of mitigation actions
- Provide monthly and weekly reports
- Preparing and making presentations

SHORT BRIEF ABOUT THE PROJECT:
(96 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING -106 VILLAS - 3 MOSQUES - MALL-UTILITIES
BUILDINGS- SPORTS CLUB - 2 SCHOOLS - INFRASTRUCTURE)
MY RESPONSIBILITY (day to day duties):
In this project, I was responsible of project management plan, planning &cost control
and risk management. I established RMP, risk management plan and project baseline
with my team which consist of (8 planners+3 assistant planners+3 risk specialists), I
was control and review my team assignments plus the integration between my
department and other departments, attend the meetings, keep the project manager
and key person of the project aware of all changes in the project activities by develop
weekly and monthly reports and risk triggers which show all issues, suggest the
solution for any problems also develop all report and schedule modification for claims
and extension of time (if any)also control project cost and prepare monthly payment
certificates, claim analysis. I was reporting to project manager.

Develop baseline, risk management plan and risk register for any large and complex projects.
Make cost analysis for any items of the work.
Make full detailed daily-weekly-monthly report for work.
Can work under pressure.
Experience in all materials of finishing and civil works.
Follow the QC\QA policy and standards in the work.
Civil - Project Engineering
Manage project right from scratch including site supervising, coordinating with other services, handling various
queries and interacting with clients personally.
Responsible for monitoring daily activities of the site to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract
requirements, good construction practice that only approved materials used in compliance with shop drawings
and report about the same to the Senior Management.
Interact with clients, take approvals, submit as-built drawings and prepare site progress report.
Monitor work progress, control material-procurement and cost of execution and quality of works.
Check drawings for foundations, column and beams based on design specifications.
Conduct analysis detailing of civil concrete and steel drawings.
Develop engineering schedule and procurement schedule.
Ensure work is complete on time according to project schedule and requirements.
Organize site logistics for manpower and machinery requirements.
