Liaising with clients in-person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements Advising clients
on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance etc.

Excellent knowledge of Amadeus reservation and ticketing system
Contribute to the generation of revenue and service of customers by providing a high quality, fast, efficient
and friendly customer service for reservations, ticketing, fares and telephone sales queries.
Convert calls and inquires to sales and constantly look for sales opportunities' when servicing customers
through cross selling, up selling etc.j
responsible to make reservations &Ticketing for all employees in GDS and low cost carriers (Online Ticketing)
And arranging tour packages inbound and outbound Saudi Arabia all over the world.
Taking care of the reporting process and working towards to increase revenue.
