Negotiating with customers about the appropriate spaces (SOS) and key access points in the
market (Floor displays in the high traffic area, prime location) then finalize the contract agreement in order to make sure that our spaces and access points are implemented as agreed.
Handling both Hypermarkets and supermarkets (Manuel Hypermarkets, Al Madinah Hypermarkets, Grand Hyper and other local supermarket chains Al Harbi Group, Roam Markets, and other individual supermarkets across Riyadh region with total 120 outlets with average sales of 600K row cases per year).
Preparing the P&Ls sheet for each account in order to determine the profit & revenue for each item.
Following up with merchandizing team on weekly bases about the implementation of our agreed spaces and promotions in each outlet and ensure that we have the proper space and access points.
Preparing the promo calendar with the customer as per company police.
Listing the new products for the existing customers.
Achieving annual sales plan for related key accounts.
Opening new markets and contributing in maximizing company market share.
Developing new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
Building relationship with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer
network to improve sales (building RAPPORT).
Executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned key accounts through
creative promotional strategies to attract more consumers.
Assessing new business opportunities in assigned area.
Improving daily sales execution plan in all accounts.
Analyzing and modify any deviations in sales plan.
Preparing the required sales reports for each account.
Following-up on subordinates' targets, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
Following up the horizontal & vertical market expansion in order to increase the sales volume. Coaching, motivating & retaining team members.
Handle customers on credit payment method.
• DX (demand space), a crucial initiative that is based on the mutual benefits between the company and its customers, allows it to effectively serve its end consumers by meeting their demands for the most required products. The project is assigned for around 500 outlets across Riyadh & Al-Kharj. With total volume of 200k cases per month.
• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to a sales team of 14 pre-sellers for the assigned territory.
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales
targets. Creating the trade offers and promotions to stimulate customers to increase their
purchasing to achieve monthly target.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company
offerings and build brand awareness.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
