RESPONSIBILITIES
•Making sure that the targets are met and assess the staff performance
•Providing the staff with training and help in areas of weakness
•Keep regular track of stocks through continuous stock counts and inventory
•Establishing an efficient schedule

•Delivering high level of customer service as first priority
