*Preparing Feasibility Studies For Real Estate Projects.
*Negotiate With Property Landlords To Manage or Invest Their Properties.
*Preparing Property Management Plans In Coordination With Company Departments.
*Manage The Team Who Is looking For New Properties And Support Them To Provide The Best offers.
*Study The Prices And Needs Of The Market Permanently And Continuously.
*Study The Competitors And Follow Up Their Performance In The Market To Be Able To Offer The Best Offers And Services.
*Check each project and filter them to provide the profitable projects to the company.
*Mediate negotiations between the buyers and sellers of properties and convince each party to close the deal.
