-Create and implement strategic and tactical Business Development & marketing plans to achieve predefined national and regional targets and to expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
-Explore business development opportunities and generate new leads.
-Develop and establish brand and sub-brand architectures for various services categories.
-Formulate and implement pricing strategies and services price as per profit margin and market price.
-Develop and collaborate with all departments to implement a company-wide plan for pushing various Services through potential strategic partner relations.
-Provide strategic and tactical support for various Services across the complete lifecycle.
-Organize market research programs to identify requirements and assess market potential of existing and future services.
-Develop detailed activity based annual marketing plans aligned to long term business plan to meet predefined objectives.
-Manage relative marketing activities ensuring delivery of results within approved budgets.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
-Conduct research to identify new markets and client's needs.
-Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
-Conduct creative campaigns to present them to potential clients.
-Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
-Promote the company's services addressing or predicting the client's objectives.
-Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
-Pursuing leads and moving them through the Contractual cycle.
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
-Develop entry-level staf into valuable business development employees.

-Follow up daily and supervising for technically support, to ensure that works on site is carried out according to approved drawings & managers' directions to deliver high quality finishes works.
