This is a mega Combined Cycle Power Plant where I am leading the Planning and Cost Control team. I am responsible for Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:

•Report to Corporate Controls Director, and Project Manager.
•Applying and maintaining the new Project Controls System which I took a main role in establishing it.
•Leading a team of Planners, Cost controllers, and Quantity surveyors to achieve all set deliverables.
•Lead the Preparation of Schedules (all levels), Cost reports, Cash flows (in/out) reports, and variance analysis.
•Manage data and quantity collection from site and reporting (internal and client reports).
•Manage budget monitoring, Issue Earned Value reports, Cash flow reports, Cost forecasting reports, and other cost reports.
•Approve Procurement POs according to budget and ERPs
•Interfaces with designated management and clients’ counter parts for Project Controls Tasks.
•Performs timely and complete monitor of project schedules to determine Sub-contractors performance compliance with approved baseline.
•Prepares project schedule analysis and conducts studies of problem areas to determine critically of schedule activities.
•Make necessary follow up on projects activities.
•Coordinate Engineering deliverables and ensure on time availability at site.
•Approve the preparation of control sheets and look ahead schedules (status reports) with construction /engineering management.
•Ensure compliance with contract provisions and/or scope.
•Manage the preparation of resource pools and plans and time phases of each resource during budgeting and monitor that during execution.
•Approve subcontractors’ invoices and quantities.
