I am Mohamed MARAOUI, 48 years old, am currently working within the APO Amilcar Operation Petroleum Tunisia in HANNIBAL plant since 1st March 2022 and before that I was working in SHELL TUNISIA from 1st July 2010 as Senior Control & Instrument technician and in SEREPT (Company of Research and Exploitation of Oils in Tunisia) as a Instrument technician in Ashtart field (offshore production platform) from 1st November 1999
These 21 years of experience have permitted me to develop a wide range of skills through my work on Distributed Control System, Programmable Logic Controls, Fire and gas detection, Chromatograph, Gas treating units, Centrifugal turbo compressor gas, Gas turbines on Petroleum area and be familiar with current regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry, which I outline in my enclosed CV. These include my ability to deal with a wide range of people from all backgrounds, in a caring and professional manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Carry out maintenance activities safely in full compliance with Company PTW and
HSSE procedures;
- Tests and repairs instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure
adherence to established performance levels and product quality;
- Ensure daily feedback the CMMS system on all maintenance activities as per the plan;
- Including troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, calibrating and maintaining
components of plant instruments;
- Performs routine checks and calibrations of plant instrumentation as required by the preventive maintenance program;
- Skill in the methods of troubleshooting complete control systems down to malfunctioning
components;
- Develop maintenance procedures and job scopes for inclusion in CMMS system;
- Supervise permanent and temporary contract labour so as to ensure safe and effective
implementation of daily duties and special projects;
- Monitor and execute maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards in reliability and availability are achieved;
- Maintain and manage maintenance registers and databases for site specific equipment and systems;
- Ensure compliance to manufacturers guidelines, maintenance agreements and warrantees;
- Liaise with equipment manufacturers for their support where applicable;
- Assist with the coordination of day-to-day activities of the maintenance team.
- Organize the implementation of day-to-day C&I activities by managing resources and complete work pack;
- Coordinate and supervise shutdown activities as required;
- Assist with development of the shutdown maintenance scope of work;
- Assist vender specialist in the maintenance of major equipment;
- Check spare parts availability and order required items by raising SDAR's;
- Deputise C&I supervisor when required.
- Superior technician diploma in industrial data processing (February 1999) ;
- Baccalaureate of mathematics (June 1996)
