Corporate HR manager for group of companies specified on Agriculture, Transport, Steel manufacturer, Cold store, computer and networking and schools
1- Responsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current legislation.
2- responsible for developing procedures for and supervising the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll cheques/direct deposits, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
3- responsible for filling of income tax payment vouchers and e-statements.
4- Design and implement organization’s compensation and benefits policies and programs; Provide support to management on compensation issues; Review compensation policies and submit recommendations when necessary; Monitor organization’s salary structure and benefits provision.
5- Undertake the annual increments process a timely & effective manner; Ascertain data quality for analysis.
6- Responsible for HR Metrics.
7- Responsible for compensation/salary budgeting and monitoring of financial budget for HR.
8- Responsible for employee group life and medical insurance.
9- Responsible for HR analysis and reporting.
10- Responsible for Management/ Supervision of Time Office.
11- Responsible for Employee Old age Benefits and the Social Security.
12- Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation.
13- Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law.

15- Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
