Babelway is a Belgian company with the main branch in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium and one branch in Cambridge, USA and other in Cairo, Egypt. It is a multi-tenant integration platform as a service (iPaaS), automates B2B data and document exchange for businesses, integration service providers and application vendors.
Babelway is a B2B messaging platform, it transport different electronic messages formats between business partners across various communication protocols.
My responsibilities is,
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendor for the flawless execution of projects.
-Ensure that all projects and supports are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-Understand customer business requirement and convert it to functional requirement.
-Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
-Report and escalate to management as needed.
-Successfully manage the relationship with the clients and all partners.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

My responsibilities;
-Established and maintained project stakeholder relationships including with senior business owners.
-Facilitated business requirements workshops and solution playbacks.
-Gathered, prioritized and produced business requirements including stories and acceptance criteria
-Collect the required information and data (like Input/output message “XML, IDOC, EDI, X12, CSV and Multi-record” and Also the communication protocol “AS2, SAP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP and X.400”).
-Analyse the data collected and determine the validation points that needed to complete the transfer and transformation the data.
-Manage requirements changes as part of requirements management and understanding the impacts of changes through PODIO requirements management tool
-Converting customer business requirement to Functional requirement
-Preparing SRS and BRS using UML
-Implement the mapping that will be used for the electronic messages processing.
-Implement the communication protocol to connect the two end side.
-Start channel and connection testing.
-Provide a professional reply to customer requests/questions (Support).
Analyzing, Modeling and implementing both Telcordia-Granite and NTG Clarity-NTS logical inventories for different technologies and services, where I effectively participated in the following projects/actions
-Scoping, Analyzing, Modeling, Business Development for OSS Telecom Applications
-Gathering business requirements, re-engineering them, preparing business and systems requirement specifications (BRS & SRS).
-On-site/Remote implementation, operation, customization development, integration, etc.),
-support, consultancy and coaching services for OSS Telecom applications
-Develop customer solution, in addition to understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the standard processes

Utilizing NTS System product suite, to manage inventories of network resources and capacity, define network configurations, order and schedule resources that provide support to other operational support systems (OSSs).
-Gathering, processing and analyzing the Network Operation (NO) new requirements, basically collecting Network Operation (NO) user requirement (Network Operational Centers NOCs).
-Analyze/ understand and document requirements into formal templates, coordinating with NSS/OSS.
-Review received RFP, plus feedback with my comments based on Network Operation requirements, OSS systems interfaces/integration requests.

-Customizing Granite Inventory system to be in compliance with SDH technology as possible as it can be.
-Re-building and Re-mapping telecom infrastructure SDH Network to create an inventory system (Granite).
-Migration all working sheets of mapping by using G-TFS tool for migration
-Migrating SDH Network into Granite Inventory system
-Reconcile all transmission network in order to create an inventory system NTS

Graduated from faculty of engineering Helwan university, Communication and electronic department. Graduation project: Design VOIP system in campus LAN connected to PSTN. Grade: Good (74.2%).
