1- Manage my shift (Consists of two Engineers five technician and four coworkers) from receiving all raw materials and all process (Kiln Feed, Cyclones, and Clinker samples) tell release the final product “cement” according to targets published by the company which of course compatible with EN 196/2 - 2012, EN 197 - 1/2012, ES 4756 - 1/2013 and Chinese GB/T 176 - 2008 standards.

2- We had produced many types of cements such as OPC CEM I 52.5 N Also Blended cements like CEM II B-L 32.5 N, CEM II B-S 42.5 N and Masonry Cement.

3- Participate in raw materials, and process targets preparations, construct all X-Ray applications, fix all troubleshooting and prepare for all maintenance visits by the suppliers.

1- Quality Control Director at General Administration of Quality "Building Materials Department".

2- Granting quality mark to the companies to ensure that their product conform to standard limits and characteristics of production.

3- Visiting the industrial firms for making a report about mass production, raw materials quality control systems, development and research department to grant the quality mark.

4- Inspection of the materials in the production processes from raw materials to the final products to assure their conformity with corresponding Egyptian Standards so as to assure Quality mark procedure.

5- Presenting the (EOS) in the formal meeting with other equivalent national or international Standardization Organizations.

Teaching the courses of applied chemistry including the cement and unit operation courses
