•Review all tenders received in details to identify the complete requirements and deliverables and responsible to convert these requirements into procurement plan along with the product managers.
•Divide the targets according to the company strategy for each product Category based on the seasonality and profitability of each.
•Continuously checking the buying rates from shipping lines, Airlines and third parties against agreed buying strategy.
•Analysis and presentations to measure productivity of the business development team according to KPI set by the management.
•Monitor the activities of CRM system & maintaining data integrity and report compliance.
•Review and Manage tenders response from the pricing team to any tenders (RFP/RFQ’s)

•Develop and achieve store level sales and stock plans by analyzing past performance, identifying sales opportunities, conducting penetration analysis and turnover analysis.

•Working with Buyer to review and update the open-to-buy, responding to changing sales trends, ensuring departments achieve plan sales, plan turn, plan markups, and plan markdowns.
•Allocate merchandise to stores, creating allocations based on store plans and current business trends, utilizing company-defined profiles to allocate merchandise, allocating merchandise to new stores based on store plans, ensuring new store inventory meets plan.
•Manage basic replenishment system by creating model stocks to maximize opportunities, relating model stocks to presentation plans, ensuring timely approval of replenishment orders.
•Evaluate store performance levels and manage inventory by reviewing sales and inventory at category and class level.
•Monitoring new store performance to ensure minimum inventory levels are achieved and maintained and that trending areas are funded.
