• Receiving attendance sheets and course evaluation form from the training officers
• Encode training attendance records in to SAP and update the master data file
• Preparing feedback summary of the course and submitting to the respective training coordinators
• Ensures that all trainings are recorded in training database
• Coordinating for hotel booking, flight reservation and transport arrangements of the instructors
• Placing order for catering services for the internal as well as external training programs
• Maintains and updates files corresponding to corporate training department and ensures that files are maintained properly
• Distributes data or Course materials, drafts letters/memos and routine correspondence for supervisor’s signature
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports of all the training activities such as internal, external, HSE trainings
• Generating training reports from SAP upon request
• Support Training department staff with administration activities
• Act as a invigilator for International Minimum Industry Safety Training (IMIST)
• In charge for Borouge Training center which is exclusively for vendor training
• Mentoring UAE national colleague to perform similar kind of job role
