• Position: Deputy QC Manager. (Reporting to QC Manager Project Manger).
• Project: New Kabul Compound -Milcon Project Client: US Army.
• Construction buildings, Infra structure, water well, waste water treatment plant, fire pump house, steel structure buildings-All activities civil, finishing, electrical and mechanical items following high standards specifications.
Responsibility:

• Familiar with the Quality Assurance Plan and must be in a position to monitor the requirement of the acceptance criteria defined in the Quality Control Plan/Inspection Test Plan Familiar with ISO 9001 and its applications, international standards, ASTM, BS, DIN etc
• Implementation of the Three-Phase Inspection Program (prep meetings, follow up and inspections).
• Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality Plan through document reconciliation and discussion with the site management team.
• Review all submittals to insure compliance with the plans and specification.
• Maintain the site facility for filing quality records.
• Handling of QC team by giving all required support.
• Visual inspection of incoming material with respect to the approved drawing /specifications/ approved material submittals/approved samples.
• Preparation of weekly/ monthly QA/QC reports and forwarding the same to the Client/Consultant/Main Contractor with a copy to QA Manager/Project file.
• Assist project staff in the preparation of quality documentation, such as method statements, inspection & test plans and work procedures.
• Supervises the Quality aspects of the construction activities.
