Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) in developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system (QMS).
▪Monitoring compliance with quality policies, procedures, and objectives.
▪Investigating customer complaints and taking appropriate corrective action.
▪Maintaining current knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001 requirements.
▪Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures.
▪Training employees in quality control procedures.
▪Performing quality assurance reviews.
▪Investigating root causes of defects.
▪reporting KPIs status and identifying new KPI's when required In addition to the following
▪Preparing presentations and reports.
▪Conducting research on new quality assurance methods and technologies.
▪Representing the QAM at meetings and events.
Plan, develop and implement the company Integrating systems to comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements.
▪Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our customer experience.
▪Perform system audits to assure the QMS and the QC procedures are properly implemented.
▪Perform product audits to ensure the work instructions are implemented.
▪Review and analyze KPIs and submit them for management review.
▪Review the results of audits, reports and recommend improvement to the top management.
