- Work with the CEO on all operational and strategic issues and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate between the financial managers in the Group to achieve Goal Congruence of the Group, monitor the Plan efficiency to achieve the Group objectives & optimizing the financial Structure to minimize Cost of Capital- Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process, corporate policy development as an integral member in the Group and monitor the achievement in feasible manner- Guidance and oversight the Preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements to the Group.
- Direct the corporation’s finances, related terms including treasurer, finance director (Short term &Long term finance)- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed via financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.- Develop and utilize forward-looking financial models, financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations, business plans by Preparing then monitoring the operating and financial Budgets eg: preparing Cash Budget then monitor it by handling both the inflow and outflow of cash to create reports about Receipts & spending then treat any potential shortage or invest the surplus to maximize the Company profitability by efficient use of its resources .
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining company records, these records need to be on hand and made available to the public and shareholders when requested.- Keeping records of finances, making recommendations about how to increase earnings, minimize the expenditures- Oversee and manage a large accounting department, while coming up with best ways to maximize the effective use of the company' resources, evaluate the way in which employees work to determine the way of most efficiently to get work done smoothly by using cost & benefit role - oversee the preparation, communication of monthly, annual financial reports, ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures - Manage effective costing systems, pursue the variances 'analyses and take the suitable corrective actions to improve the operation 'efficiency in timely basis - Ultimately responsible for Coordinating audits and proper filing of zakat returns-Represent the company to financial partners and stakeholders including financial institutions, investors, executives, auditors, public officials, etc.
On the other hand regarding to my tasks as a financial Consultant.•Develop and implement a financial strategy for the business (Investment appraisal and feasibility study ) by Studying different aspects of the projects and analyzing the different opportunities ( SWOT analysis ) through the following: -Participate in preparing the marketing study to identify available marketing opportunities. -Participate in preparing the technical and engineering studies required to estimate the project’s investment cost. -Conduct a financial appraisal for the project to identify its key financial indicators. -Estimate the project’s Internal Rate of Return (IRR). -Conduct necessary sensitivity analyses to assess the project’s sensitivity to changes in key assumption used for financial projections.•Prepare projected accounting and financial reports to reflect the results of the Evaluation of the enterprise and illustrating the fair value of the enterprises equity.
•Obtaining partners approval on the results of the valuation process.•Identify risks associated with the project (whether related to market, operations, management or finance) in addition to assessing how such risks could be mitigated.•Illustrate the possible methods to finance the projects and estimate the expected returns using different methods of financing. e.g. ( Discounted Cash Flow (DCF). Adjusted Book Value (ABV). Price/Earnings Multiple (PE). Internal rate of return (IRR).Payback period (PBP).Profitable index method (PIM).

• Prepare Action plan based on the financial analyses (ST&LT) in compliance with The Co, goals.
• Provide guidance regarding investment decisions and help set investment policy.
• Oversee and help administer the financial aspects of the various company compensation plans.
• Lead the analysis of potential strategic alliances, participating in the due diligence, Pricing and negotiations.
• Oversee and assist external accountants with tax and audit related issues.
• Establish, implement and manage accounting, financial systems, internal controls required under IAS, other standards and local regulatory laws; Key liaison with outside auditors.
• Manage annual audit of the Company’s financial statements.
