Warehouse Supervisor
• Working with types of warehouses as (Spare Parts, Food products, Raw Material)
• Store the received goods and spare parts & Raw Material on the warehouse and register its data on excel and SAP after comparing it with the received bill.
• Send the needed documents regarding receiving spare parts to the concerned accountant.
• Inform the needed parties regarding the new received goods and spare parts to be aware by the new items.
• Register both in the SAP and excel the movements from warehouse to Other Departments
• Stock Replenishment - expiries and near expiries (FIFO / FEFO)
• Inspect the warehouse periodically and send the balance to the concerned parties.
• Responsible for required deliveries, physical stock counting, material expiry follow up, material transfer plan for all EDITA sites.
• Coordinates with the quality control staff and arranges to rectify anomalies
• Managing around 20 Person for “Raw Material W/H"
• Guides the labor and MHE operators .
• Managing the W/H’s performance in accordance to the Quality and industrial safety requirements in the facility applying AIB requirements, and ISO 18001, 14000, 22001 standards
• Perform any other assigned tasks with the same level of authority.
Responsibilities :
• Is responsible for completing tasks bearing in mind the safety, health and sanitation measures in place.
• Ensures housekeeping tasks are completed and reported on regularly.
• Supervises the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
• Coordinates and supports the Supervisor in operational coordination.
• Guides the labor and MHE operators in proper hygiene and cleanliness.
• Coordinates with the quality control staff and arranges to rectify anomalies on a one to one basis, should there be no need of escalation of issues.
• Treating with the following customers (IKEA EGYPT, Nokia Siemens, PEPSI, and COCACOLA).
Performance Indicators :
• inventory.
• Docking / Document verification.
• Loading / Unloading with simultaneous document cross verification.
• Segregation / Staging / Caging.
• Working at all Warehouse operations as (receives; put away, picking and shipping)
Warehouseman

• Working with different types of warehouses as (Industrial, food products, raw material)
• Treating with the following customers (PROCTER & GAMBLE, NISSAN, UNIVERSAL, CHIPSY, FINE, LANDMARK, MARKS & SPENSER, FAROS, IFF, TOYS R US, HERO, REXAM, AGI, L.G, SENIORETA, CLUB ALDO, Makro, Carrefour, Nestle and Showtime)
• Aware about how to treat with FMCG & SMCG ( Fast - Slow Moving Consumer Goods )
• Stock Replenishment - expiries and near expiries (FIFO / FEFO/LIFO)
• Safety, Security, Sanitation.
