-Plan and direct Field Group activities.
-Meeting with clients to discuss their business objects.
-Develop and administer project budget and performance requirements.

-Insures each project has an operation plan and insures its implementation.

-Deliver operation documents and reports on operation team's salaries, deductions and evaluation report to the Organization Development department.
-Coordinate with Finance and Logistics Department in project costing, purchases and reconciliation.

- Manage All About Key Accounts Sales Operation (Sales Supervisors. Sales Reps. Contracts (for development business, all promotions deals and display), Replenishment of Key accounts warehouse.
- Conducting & analyzing stock reports (weekly, monthly) to assure effective route contributions within covered accounts.
-Control stock in Account’s back area or warehouse.
-Conducting & analyzing Case fill, full on time and out of stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Creating all promotions plan and Activity grid. To handle accounts to achieves our target to get their R.O.I
-Increase sales target by customer service Excellency
-Manage Stock and replenishment of Key accounts warehouse
-Conducting & analyzing stock reports (weekly, monthly) to assure effective route contributions within covered accounts.
-Control stock in Account’s back area or warehouse.
-Conducting & analyzing Case fill & full on time reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
-Handling LOCAL and International ACCOUNTS
