• Follow the OOS report with S&OP to ensure it is in the loading plan and covered in warehouses
• Manage monthly destruction of all areas with related departments SC, Human Resources and Finance
• Follow the procedures related to the warehouse seal, the documentary cycle, and the steps forreceiving the showrooms are done in a good manner.
• Management of counting showrooms and warehouses Riyadh as per schedule
• Management of free sample orders for H.O & all DCS
• Review petty cash payments from supervisors in Riyadh
• Develop daily incoming and outgoing procedures, safety precautions, pest control, expired control, daily order routing and evaluation of the existing team
• Reducing high risks with monthly aging report according to FIFO process• Building secondary professional procedures to reduce daily time
• Manage and monitor quality issues and provide daily report to ensure that they do not recur
