1) Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
2) Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
3) Drawing up production schedules for projects.
4) Read technical drawings and manufacture these approved drawings.
5) Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
6) Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs
7) Solve technical issues during manufacturing.
8) Contact with suppliers and outside workshops.
1) Design, reverse plastic products models, Use CAD software.
2) Create core and cavity of the models for injection and melamine mold.
3) Complete all the mold components.
4) Design electrode in the mold to manufacture (Ram EDM).
5) Make a sample of the plastic model By 3d printing.
6) Export the suitable formats for manufacturing (CNC EDM Wire Cutting and Milling).
7) Design the medical products (tools, plates, fastener, cages, cross link …), Use CAD software.
8) Create G codes programs for CNC machines, Use CAM software.
9) Solve technical issues during manufacturing.
10)Contact with clients, suppliers and outside workshops.
1) Study the products, Use 3D modeling design and simulation test.
2) Reverse engineering of new products.
3) Make drawings of models, wood pattern and Aluminum pattern.
4) Make industrial drawing for products machining.
5) Create technical presentations and data sheets for products.
6) Check the model's dimensions during fabrication in workshops
