• This some of daily work as Assistant IT Manager:
1. See our managers of sectors daily reports and the development plan Reports.
2. See what we do from the main plan, and what we don't do and what the reason for the delay, and kill this reason.
3. Directs technological research by studying organization goals.
4. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
5. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
6. Scheduling upgrades.
7. Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedules for information technology projects.
8. Manage team of consultants, programmers, developers, and Maintenance.
• This some of Responsibility as System Administrator :
1. Microsoft Domain Controller, we have one Domain Controller (DC) and 3 Additional Domain Controller (ADC)
2. Exchange 2010 Published .
3. Exchange 2016 under test
4. Google business E-Mail to Catch all email if our exchange is down or ADSL line Down .
5. Terminal server for every location.
6. Open source Mail server
7. Anti-virus Server
8. We have 3 ADSL Line load balance, 20 VPN connections, have hot backup down time 10s
9. VPN -ADSL- 3G used for hot backup.
10. At minimum 25 machines work on Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
11. Daily backup with Veem .
12. FTP server .
13. Microsoft SQL 2008 .
14. VB.net as amateur.
15. PRTG Monitor to all our branches and all point of sale if one of them down it’s gave me alert and send email.

3- advice how to Maintenance the hardware
4- Train the team for the new hardware

2-Supporting mail trouble shooting
3-Maintenance for hardware and software company pc's and notebooks
4-Adsl routers testing and configurations
5-working in dslams and isams.

2-Adsl installation for new clients
