• Prepare the Project Execution Plan in collaboration with the Project Director, ensuring seamless integration.
• Identify project risks (threats and opportunities) and evaluate response strategies with the project team.
• Ensure project schedule is made/reviewed/updated and monitored to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Lead Cross - Functional teams in addressing and solving specific challenges within task force.
• Monitor and report project performance, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and scope.
• Develop and implement Project Management Methodology (PM@PSP) to enhance project delivery & performance.
• Ensure timely reporting and escalation to manage project events/issues impacting project performance.
• Ensure project review happens at the appropriate level as per the defined project governance process.
• Ensure full compliance for involved parties with the safety and quality standards.
• Continuously improve the ways of working, create project management toolkits and methodologies, enable best practice sharing.
• Apply the change management and ensure proper implementation of claim management.
Technically Lead Project’s Electrical Packages during the execution phase as a part of the Project’s delivery team.
Act as the focal point of communicating for all technical aspects between the customer, project manager, subcontractors,
and back-end suppliers.
Maintain the Project's margin by getting the best optimized solution.
Make the handover from tendering with reviewing and validating technical offer, and deviation list.
Identify the possible risks and opportunities of the Package.
Support the Supplier with any technical issue and provide solutions and recommendations.
Review and verify all supplier’s submittals and detailed design are in accordance with standard and customer’s needs.
Support the Project Manager in all technical meetings throughout the Project life cycle.
Attend and support Factory Acceptance Test activities.
Attend and support Site Acceptance Test and Commissioning activities.
Provide all the required Documentations to verify design conformity.
• Design and Model Type tested Low Voltage Switchboards (Blokset, Prisma iPM) up to 6300 A Licensed from
Schneider Electric.
• Design Smart Panels supporting communication over Modbus TCP/IP for remote Monitoring and controlling.
• Design Control Circuits for MDBs, MCCs (Star/Delta, VSD and Soft Starters).
• Design, Program and Validate Control Panels (PLC and HMI) for Sewage Pumping Stations Projects.
• Study Projects Specifications during the Tendering Phase.
• Prepare Technical and Commercial offers for projects in terms of TEPCO product range.
• Interact with clients and provide technical guidance on design related queries.
• Prepare BOM with respect to client approval.
• Ownership of Purchase Orders Management in terms of Planning, Cost and Delivery Scheduling.
• Follow up with the production department to Insure product design.
• Supervise a Group of Technicians and Draftsmen, in both of Technical and Administrative issues.
Graduation Project: Prototype of Automated Painting Production Line using Schneider Quantum PLC, Magelis HMI and ATV variable speed drive. With an Excellent Grade.
