During my experience, I moved between many positions, such as accountant,
Accountant and Branch Supervisor and now Accounts Supervisor.
My responsibilities are:
- Supervise branches accountants and guide them in daily works.
-Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate
records
- Expertly handle vast array of Financial reporting and accounting functions.
Including reconciliation of bank accounts
- Monitor branches' sales during the month and prepare a summary report for
management.
- Preparing monthly reports showing branches position and their results.
- Preparing daily cash position for all branches.
- Prepare monthly vat tax report.
- Preparing monthly entries for depreciation fixed asset.
- Following up and record Accrued expenses and Prepaid expenses and percent
expenses monthly.
- Preparing and recorded annual inventory transactions and branches assessment.
- Preparing annual closing accounts
- Coordinating & Following up the audit teams' works and trying to facilitate their
work.
- Responsible of :
- Examined the internal control of companies.
- Preparation and presentation of balance sheet and book keeping
for the companies and financial reports including financial
statements.
- Draft management letters and discuss financial problems with
clients’ management. .
