- Review wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings for the employees. Prepare and record overtime hours to be added to wages and salaries of eligible employees.
- Develop and maintain and up-to-date human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems in timely manner.
- Ensure that all documents in employees files comply with documents set and requested by Labor & Social insurance laws.
- Monitor probation periods, contracts and processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms in conjunction.
- Carry out the administration of benefits programs (e.g. medical/ life/ insurance).
- Coordinates training programs based on organizational and employee needs and conducts training courses Interfaces with the internal and external clients on behalf of the organization.
- Responsible for the Implementation of the midyear & annual performance appraisal.
- Preparing and analyzing statistical HR reports & documents within specific time frame as requested by management.
