* Installation and operation of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems.
* Coordinate between Mechanical and Electrical works in the site.
* Installation of Building Management System for All System (BMS).
* Prepare As Built Drawings.
* Make Water balance for Chilled and Hot Water system.
* Make Air Balance & Validation of air condition system (HEPA Filters, DOP test, flow
Rates test, differential pressure test, and particle count test).
* Ensures compliance with the pharmaceutical needs and specification for the cooling
Systems temperature, humidity, pressure difference etc.

Responsibilities:
* Studying and Reviewing Tender Drawing.
* Studying and Reviewing B.O.Q and specification.
* Check design and coordinate between architectural with structural and MEP drawings.
* Prepare Mechanical materials for approval.
* Compare between contract and actual estimated quantities.
* Prepare shop drawings for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Infrastructures.
Construction of Housing for Armed Forces in Jazan Military City.
Estimated area for project is 35 km2.
