1- Prepare purchase orders for all departments to the suppliers.
2- Follow up and ensure all orders are received in warehouse.
3- Monitor all Departments and Handel with supplier.
4- Reporting (Missing items and orders not delivered) and know the reason of
Missing items and why the orders not received in expected date and find the
Suitable action with the supplier.
5-Make KVI (Safety Stock in warehouse)
6- Negotiating with supplier.
7-Coordinating and controlling the order cycles and associated information
System.
8- Solve any Problem with suppliers.
9- Pressures the supplier to meet the delivery date deadline.
10- Manages the stock level and age at the stores.
11- Coordination of supplier’s offers and an estimation of the promotional quantities with the buyers.
12- Develop strategies such as space allocation, new product introduction, promotions, pricing and displays.
13-Make visit report every day to make sure of displaying all goods which exist in warehouse.
14-Make sure that suppliers which rent space display take their spaces.
15- Monitor the expire team to avoid accessing to expired products
