• Providing IT support for ARTOC Service Center and Skoda dealers network in Egypt (Reception, Workshop, Parts and Finance department )
• Monitoring and providing support for ERP (AS400) for Skoda dealers network in Egypt
• Coaching, guiding and providing training sessions for new comers regarding AS400
• Creating new reports requested by top management from ERP (AS400)
• Monitoring and upgrading hardware requirements according to usage and title duties
• Monitoring AS400 Errors and assist in solving it with the provider (Trends)
• Providing IT support for Diagnostic machines(VAS PC 5051 and 5052) for Skoda dealers network in Egypt (15 dealers) regarding hardware, software and connection with VW server
• Providing IT support for Skoda parts system (ETKA) and service systems (ELSA win and Elsa Pro)
• Creating Account on Skoda and VW portal for new comers and setting applications for every title
• Assisting the provider of AS400 to implement it in all Skoda dealers network in Egypt
• Assisting in designing network and security cameras for the largest Skoda service center in the Middle East (in Kattamia)

Supports the center management in adherence to cash management, financial reporting, and other financial responsibilities.
Supports the Center Manager to ensure financial targets are met at all times.
Assists in meeting center quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to ensure the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees.
Assists in the center to ensure compliance with Company SOPs and applicable federal and local regulations, but also be capable of performing nearly all staff tasks and duties at a proficiency level adequate for training and critiquing employees in the performance of those tasks and duties.
Supports the Center philosophy of continuous improvement. Collects and analyzes data to maintain and improve Center quality, efficiency and profitability. Implements effective corrective action plans when appropriate.
Assists in the management of center personnel, including recruitment, training, development, counseling and termination.
Supports meeting the established center production goals.
Assists in the management of all inventories to ensure that inventories are maintained at optimum levels; by maximizing efficiencies, customer service levels and minimizing investment.
Supports in the maintenance of the facility to highest standards of safety, compliance and cleanliness. Works with Corporate facilities to ensure that center remains in compliance at all times.
Assists in all audits with management by working with Center Compliance Specialist and QA team to develop effective corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
Supports the adherence to all HR policies and practices through fair and equitable treatment of all employees. Communicates effectively with HR to ensure HR compliance.
Ensures that Center and all Center employees are in compliance with OSHA regulations and that all employees receive adequate OSHA training. Completes all OSHA record keeping and reporting requirements.
Supports all marketing and advertising to ensure programs are effectively executed for desired results. Makes recommendations as needed to improve effectiveness.
Ensures excellent customer service by all staff. Provides a model of good customer service to employees. Communicates openly with customers. Effectively resolves complaints or concerns.
Represents the Company and Center in the community and with other business, local publications and vendors.
Ensures efficient donor flow throughout the Center. Identifies problem areas and implement corrective action as needed.
Supports the meeting of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and maintains Center's operational records.
Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all HSE and OSHA policies and procedures. May conduct routine audits of internal procedures and documentation.
Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
