About work, I was responsible for export coordinator position between my company, marketing team and foreign Customers by designing customers data and make sure it attached to their products.
Also I worked as supply chain executive and responsible for traceability process starting from receiving the product until it shipped successful and safe to the customers by accurate reports.
In this role, i oversaw new issues and developing administrative work of the company with experience in issues related to criminal justice and family issues.
Represented the company in more than 30 issues, Led 15+ court litigation over 80% winning rate.
Assisted the sales team by answering calls, dealing with orders via telephone or email, and processing them on to the internal system.
Managed a high volume of calls, averaging 50 calls per day, resulting in a 10% increase in customer satisfaction.
