© Responsibilities
• Handling Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade & Catering business in Makkah, KSA.
• Lead the business planning and forecasting process for improving the current and future performance
with respect to sales volume, value, market share and profit.
• Ensure business objectives and financial targets are met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with building of strategic business partner relationships.
• Reviews operating results, compares them with target, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct any unsatisfactory results.
• Ensure product availability in market place to fulfill the consumers demand, and all stores are
sufficiently stocked to meet the demand.
• Supervising field operations and validating appropriate execution of planned business strategies.
• Work across functionally with Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure the KPIs are tracked, achieved, and exceeded.
• Develop short and long-term market forecasts for the regions through monitoring the reports on all
relevant competitor activities including prices, promotions and POSM.
• Provide integral support, training and reinforcement to team members, streamlined assigned tasks to add value and ensure consistency of marketing, sales management and brand management initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, food safety and occupational health and safety requirements relevant to the department in achieving company objectives.
