Payroll, Commission, bonus, dividends and other staff benefits:
• Delegated & Carry out for manage regional employee benefits for over 800 employees.
• Calculate the monthly commission, overtime pay, public holiday pay, allowances, quarterly bonuses, annual dividends.
• Succeeded archive all kind of staff benefits by systemizing staff benefits in HR system instead of a spreadsheet for the past five years.
• Plan and organize annual salary increase with CEO and the change of the commission policies.

Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting and Financial analysis:
• Take part in preparing the annual master, operation, capital, financial and the cash budget.
• Aid Department managers for accomplishing the annual budget to explain the deviations.
• Assign allocation base for services departments to operating departments to ensure performance.
• Designed and implemented full budget system to obtain the variances and working on resolve it.
• Manage and revise the master budget for three major activities.
• Analyze the reason of variance and recommend for solving it with Managers and CEO.

Cache Management, Finance and Capital investment:
• Manage the cash budget by cooperation with the accounting team and other departments.
• Control the cash movement between safes & banks.
• Issue the bank payments (transfer, Checks and E-finance) and oversee the cash treasuries transactions.
• Follow notes payable and notes receivable accord to the financial Position.
• Help to offer sources of financing and investments.

Taxes & Government:
• Prepare tax calculation, procedures, issue payments/refunds, and social insurance / government payments.
• Supervise the preparation of tax inspection requirements.


Management and other:
• Lead a 25-member cross-functional (Accounts Payable, Receivable, treasury, banks, store, general accounts, Tax accounting and financial reports).
• Generate and Perform financial statements, analysis, reports for CFO.
• Develop internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
• Assess the validity of journal entries, trial balance documentation and process.
• Conduct necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.
• Coordinate with accounting team to carry out the tasks within deadlines.
• Created over 15 spreadsheets, achieving a 50% reduction in the work cycle.
• Test the accounting systems and give recommendations to the Development team for improving.
• Reduced the most of general Expenses to the minimum, reduced telephone lines with 80, 000 EGP Monthly.
• Designed and implemented Store system by a spreadsheet, which helps to manage and save assets.
• Manage & monitoring the daily store movement.
• Facilitated hiring, interviewed staff members, and trained new employees in the Department.
• Awarded for Best manager 2017 & 2018 for the outstanding performance & exceptional commitment.
• Help CFO duties, to make sure effectively and efficiency.
