Plan, organize, direct and manage all manufacturing operations, and the effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials in order to achieve the objectives of the factory.
Preparing initiative plans, processes, and product development that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to achieving the interests of the factory.
Technical and administrative supervision to work to raise the production capacity of the factory, and develop advanced plans to increase production and quality standards.
1. Implement certified quality plans for wood production : ISO 9001-14001-OHSAS18001 & FSC.
2. Continuous development of a factory to raise the quality of the product And develop it to satisfy the customer in order to continue profitability of the product.
3. General supervision of all exhibitions International and local for the factory and follow-up all processing requirements.
1. Direct follow-up to workers and monitoring the follow-up of manufacturing steps and implementation of engineering designs and drawings which depend on the technical design office and find the ideal solutions to urgent technical problems, if any.
2. Responsible for managing the overall quality of the product and setting production quality rules and achieving them according to the required standards.
3. Implementing and following up on all production plans and various projects until they are delivered on time .
1. E-Marketing For the factory and its products, whether on all social media platforms, the factory’s website, or by contacting government agencies, international trade points and the Egyptian Furniture Export Council (EFEC) .
2. Managing international transactions, LC bank credits and all documents that guarantee workflow in import and export
3. Follow up on factory exhibitions inside and outside Egypt to fulfill all requirements of marketing and logistical services .
1. Knowing and describing customer requirements in the production orders of the production department, including all requirements.
2. Customs clearance and logistical services for all shipment claims and follow-up until they arrive at the customer's port of all shipping documents for the customer to complete the clearance.
