Major Achievements
- Co-led the implementation of Oracle E-Business suite Apps (minor works) - oracle financial modules.
- Efficaciously led the digital transformation of exhibitions and other areas such as Interactive Environment, Smart TV, Touch Screen, Thin Client, Zero Client, PCs, VR, Brightsign Devices, etc.…
- Successfully designed and established the information technology (IT) infrastructures during the construction stage such as the data center, CCTV, networking, blade servers, optical fiber cables, etc.…
- Effectively setup and operated the CCTV system and connected it with the Public Security Directorate of state. Thus, resulting in a reduction in security costs due to the minimization of the number of security guards.
- Successfully managed to connect the Jordan museum network with the Secure Government Network (SGN) including all entities and ministries in the state on the same domain. This led to around 30-40% reduction in cost and increased IT security levels.
- Effectively managed to establish the IT directorate from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop data analytics of ICT/IT business needs.
- Establish, design, and build the ICT/IT infrastructure architecture with high availability solutions and loading balancing concepts in the data center and IT solutions.
- Establish the organization’s breakdown structure (OBS) of the IT directorate.
- Lead, motivate and manage the IT team and the IT services units such as networks, IT technical support, e-security, audiovisual exhibitions, surveillance & protection - cameras, applications, Digital technology, Extra Low Voltage systems: CCTV and security systems (Honeywell), Access Control system (Hikvision), Public Address System, APBX, website, web development, and e-Government units.
- Establish the security systems, surveillance, visual streaming, motion detectors, magnetic door, glass detectors, intrusion alarm, media servers, video conference, etc.
- Plan and develop the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives and ensure they are realized. Moreover, implement performance management techniques.
- Devise, develop and implement the ICT/IT strategy planning (SWOT & RACI), IT policies, IT procedures (COBIT), Information System Security (ISO 27001), in addition to its goals and priorities.
- Build and develop the annual ICT/IT budgeting plan (Projects, CAPEX, OPEX).
- Provide and prepare business requirements for the applications level such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Adlib Archiving System, Visitors Tickets System, MS Windows/Office and Software Licenses, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaborate with consultants, civil contractors, ministries, vendors, and customers (Projects Stakeholders) regarding RFP, SLA, and IT deliverables.

- Designed the ERD Database of Renewal of Professions Licenses for Greater Amman Municipality (GAM).

- Architecture and design of the Database framework of the website under MS SQL Server.
- Managed the Health Information Management System (HIS, HIM), specializing in the development and implementation.

- Consolidated the ERP system across the Group. (Abu Issa Holding Group).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed and operated the business & IT: ERP (Oracle), FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, CRM, Brand’s distributions, Sales online, Telecomm & Communications sectors, etc.
- Scoping the IT infrastructure works (networks, servers, PCs) of new business needs.
- Designed Applications and deal with HRMS (HR/Payroll).

- Devised, developed, and implemented the ERP system, Healthcare, and Medical Insurance System.
- Tuned and optimized the operation application of Oracle SQL & Oracle PL/SQL.

Milestone III (From Sep 2004 to Sep 2005).
Designation: Oracle Software Development Manager - HIM, HIS & ERP System.
- Prepared the plans, deal with software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering practices for ERP, HealthCare (Hospital, Insurance) Health Information Management System under Oracle system environment with the minimum viable product (MVP).
- Recognized and ordered the various elements of a project cycle and control it.
- Implemented and maintained the Business Intelligence (BI) data and using tool to handle online analytical processing (OLAP) data.

- Analyzed & designed the Oracle ERP & Health Information Management System (HIM, HIS) such as: Appointments & Reservations, Electronic Medical Records, Admissions & Discharges, Outpatient Clinics, Medical Coverage Management (Third Party Payer- Patient Accounting & Insurance system), Integration with ERP Systems (AP, AR etc.), Multi-Payers Discount, Emergency and Accidents, Nursing Station, Patient POS, using HL7 Standards, CPT etc.
- Health Insurance Administration System (HIC): Insurers Billing and Claims Processing.
- ERP & Financial System: Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and Inventory (Item master maintenance) etc.
- Prepared the test scenarios, tested the plans and definition documents.
- Delivered the designs documents, tested the scenarios and definition documents to developers & documentation team and following up systems under development.
- Main instructor in tune and optimization of operation application, SQL & PL/SQL.

Designation: ERP Developer & Analyst.

Appointments, Outpatient Clinic, logistics systems (PUR, Inventory), ERP Systems, HIC, Car
Tracking, Ideal Defence Systems (IDS), Royal Courts Car and Fuel Tracking.
- Health Insurance Claims (HIC), Patients Accounting & Insurances for Lebanon - Saint George Hospital, which can cover several different insurance plans for the same Hospital visits at the same time or periodical coverage (more than 200 end users).
