Managing all the activities related to packaging in all 4 plants in Egypt in addition to NPDs along with marketing dept.
* Dealing with the plastic mold makers (Injection & Blowing) as well as vendors of (Plastics, Sleeves, labels, foils, Laminates & CFCs…..........etc).
* Evaluating the all packaging material vendors as per Audits to improve their quality system.
* Monitoring the online rejection issues due to Packaging materials on monthly basis and Implementing the action to be taken according to Defects priority.
* Determine the effectiveness of the action taken to Improve the quality of packaging materials delivery As well as Quality level of packaging materials
* Determine the performance rate (VPR), Quality Index (VQI) and customer satisfaction (CS) related To packaging material vendors.
* Determine the process capability of the packaging
Materials especially for Inj-Blow vendors. (CPK)
* Aligning with marketing dept. for the process of new
Packaging development (NPD) till the Commissioning Process finalization.
* Aligning with marketing dept. for the benchmarking
Process for discovering new packaging designs on a Periodic basis.
* Aligning with purchase dept. for determining the Supply Efficiency of packaging material vendors Against the Purchase order.
* Participating with purchase dept. in the annual total Cost management of packaging materials (TCM).
* Analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Semi Finished Goods (SFG), Microbiological and Water treatment Sections.
* Inspection of Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG).
* Making the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Required for the factory processes.
* Conduct trainings for the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
* Benchmarking the best practice in the market on Periodic basis.
* Conduct the internal audits for all factory depts. on Periodic basis.
* Dealing with different vendors of packaging materials And raw materials (PM & RM).
* Benchmarking the competitors in the market to see Their sales rates as well as their area of strength.
* Plan for visits of pharmacies & clinics on a daily Basis.
* Sharing final reports to top management including Company rates according to plan.
* Conduct weekly meetings to overview the market Status.
