I took holiday from my governmental work in Egypt to work in Egypt as Food Plant Manager in private factory and my responsibilities are:
- Operational: Enhancement and reduction in production cycle time conduct studies to maximize workflow and spatial utilization Direct variance analysis and submit variance reports to the General Manager improve system efficiencies, reduce ingredient losses and design new product/processes.
- Direct Preventive maintenance programs to improve safety for all machines in production areas. of production targets and priorities Define, Document and implement leading practices in production management, Develop operating budgets for the production department implement continuous improvement programs to improve cost, quality and lead times.
- Direct Preventive maintenance programs to improve of production equipment.
