• Monitor and maintain the stability of the iDirect baseband.
• Generate reports regarding the networks health and utilization.

• Provide immediate support to internal and external field engineers in cases of new station installation, relocation, troubleshooting, or maintenance. I nstallation and commissioning of LAN and WAN network equipments switches, routers, and VoI P devices VSAT Software and Hardware Testing.
• I nvolved in a satellite migration project from EUTELSAT (KU-Band) to ARABSAT Badr-6 (C Band) with full preparation and initiation, planning, execution, and management of all the processes and actions to successfully migrate from working on the KU-Band platform to the C Band platform.
• I nvolved in remote migration from the Advantech satellite system to the UHP system.
• I nvolved in the iDirect platform HUB installation.
• I nvolved in SI P Server HUB installation, configuration, and swapping.
